But they are also good at learning things quickly - learning them to the point that they become unstoppable! For example, helping their friend Derek with his science project at school turns into a gang affair, as the boys find themselves becoming scientists themselves, creating their own homemade experiments to challenge each other with. However, there is one huge problem facing the gang - one that could end up destroying their friendship in a huge way... And in my opinion this book was a excellent book and would be great if I could read more books like this by Jon Klassen... This book is about a boy named Derek who goes to a new school and makes a friend named Clay. They have a lot of fun together, but then one night they notice that something weird is going on near the farm. They head over to the farm and see a mysterious person with Clay’s grandfather watching them from a distance. Later, they find out that his grandfather has been kidnapped by the man. Clay tries to find his grandfather at school, but he can’t find him because he hasn’t shown up yet. Clay and his friends then go to the farm and try to find his grandfather. They encounter a lot of trouble along the way when they find out that the man who kidnapped Clay’s grandfather is named Caleb. He was trying to steal a special machine from Clay’s grandfather but he couldn’t get it because Clay’s grandfather escaped from him. In order to save his grandfather, the end of this story, he has to get in a tight battle with Caleb. It was a tight battle but in the end they won and got back home safe and soundly, having a great time! This book is about 3 boys that learn foreign languages in a summer camp called Camp Idioma. The boys do not know a lot of Spanish but a new girl named Sarah comes to Camp Idioma and teaches them a lot of Spanish in the short amount of time that she is at Camp Idioma. The boys go on adventure throughout the camp looking for Spanish words. They find their way into the woods and encounter an ancient temple that has all these ancient words on it. One word sparked their interest rather than other words; which was "El Cuchillo". El Cuchillo means "Knife" in Spanish it is said at the end of this book. 8eeb4e9f32 17
